Ratings:
#1 True Beginner: Beginner sorter just starting out or a rider who feels more comfortable sorting at a walk/trot.
#2 Beginner: Beginner sorter that still feels comfortable sorting at a walk/trot but will occasional lope, but has limited horsemanship skills and/or knowledge of cattle.
#3 Rookie: Novice sorter that feels comfortable sorting at any pace, but has limited horsemanship skills and/or knowledge of cattle.
#4 Novice: Novice sorter who has reasonable horsemanship and cattle skills.
#5 Amateur: A rider who has average horsemanship and cattle skills.
#6 Amateur: An experienced rider who has above average horsemanship and cattle skills.
#7 Open: An experienced rider with professional ability.
#8 Open: An exceptional rider with exceptional cattle skills.

Series points will be determined by total number of cattle sorted during the whole series.
Awards will be given to both the Adult and Youth #1 rated sorters. And both the Adult and Youth sorters that are rated #2 and above.
